Local bloggers are wetting their pants and spitting all over their keyboards laughing at a graphic on the Toulouse Street blog, by wetbankguy, which illustrates how the New Orleans recovery process is supposed to work.
If you haven’t seen it yet, swallow your drink, and make sure your bladder’s empty.

He did get it right. People, especialy the politicians are taking theirs and forgetting to help the people along with leaving the city in ruins… sad…

Well, we’ll see. Frankly, I think people are in the mood to start hanging by citizen’s justice some of these jackasses who think they can carry on the way they used to. And they’re reclaiming their neighborhoods block by block — despite the lack of inaction by the mayor’s office — or more probably, because of the inaction.

You know, this gets me thinking that maybe we ought to have a roller derby competition between planners and residents to see who comes out on top.
